1701 APE : 722Z). The server is provided by ONLINE, anonym society
, registered at RCS Paris under number B 437 916 935, witch
resides in 24, rue Emile Ménier, 75116 PARIS, France.
The principal service of N1busVerticalCounter is to provide
visit counters for web site with vertical display called :
NVC Counters.
NVC applications witch generate those counters are applications
realised by his author : Thierry Godin , owner of domain names
www.n1bus-exp.com , www.n1bus.com , www.casenoire.com , www
transimmo.com as well as N1bus-Expériences company.

TERMS OF USE
1- Object
The purpose of this agreement is to fix the general conditions
of use of the service by the subscribers to an account at N1busVerticalCounter.
Before being registered,the subscriber recognizes that it has
read, understood and accepted in their entirety these general
conditions.
2- NVC are the abbreviation of N1busVerticalCounter
3- Previous conditions before obtaigning a NVC account.
N1busVerticalCounter is free of charge. To get an account and
to use NVC Counters, the subscriber must fill in a form. The
subscriber commits himself to provide exact and complete information
and bringing up to date them as soon as possible in the event
of modification.
4- Login and Password
Each account is characterized by a login and a password witch
allows subcriber to reach the admin page of his counters.
Password is personnal et confidential. The subscriber is only
responsible for the use of his password and commits himself
not to reveal it preserving secret .
5- Contents of the Subscribed Sites
N1busVerticalCounter and its author are not responsible of the
contents of the subscriber's sites who must respect the laws.
6- According to the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating
to data processing, the files and freedoms, each subscriber
has the rights of opposition of access and correction of the
data relating to it. Thus, it can require that are rectified,
supplemented, clarified, updated or erased information it relating
to which is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguities, out-of-date
or whose collection or use, communication or conservation are
prohibited. Each subscriber can exert constantly this right
while going in his subscribed space, in the page of administration
of his account to remove his account or by filling the form
at CONTACT page.
7 - Availability of the service.
N1busVerticalCounter and its author maintain ,as better as possible,
the access to the N1busVerticalCounter site as well as the service
7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but is held with no obligation
to reach that point. N1busVerticalCounter and its author can
thus stop the access, especially for maintenance or for all
other reasons, especially for technical reasons. N1busVerticalCounter
and its author can not be responsible for these interruptions
and the consequences which can result for the subscriber, and
this because especially of the service provided by N1busVerticalCounter
as FREE.
In the same way, N1busVerticalCounter and its author can stop
or modify the characteristics of its services constantly, without
notice.
8- Duration of the agreement
This agreement becomes effective at the time of its acceptance
by the subscriber, and this for one unspecified duration.
Everyone can end it without any reason and notice.
9- Obligations of the subscriber
The subscriber commits himself not making any code modifications,
except changing the Idcount .The subscriber commits himself
not taking the hypertext link off (towards N1busVerticalCounter
site) on the image generated by the application as well as the
ALT attribute of the Image Tag . Subscriber must not resell
or rent the service provided by N1busVerticalCounter. Non respect
of one of these obligations will cause the immediate suppression
of subscriber's account as well as his counters.
10-Non-respect of the agreement - Responsibility
In the case of non-respect for one of these general conditions,
N1busVerticalCounter and its author will suspend the access
of the subscriber's account without any notice.
11- Divers
Subscriber agrees that N1busVerticalCounter and its author can
modify this service and/or these General Conditions of use,
especially
the technical evolution of the service. N1busVerticalCounter
and its author commit themselves informing the subscribers about
very important modifications by technical email. Then subscriber
recognize that he can't charge N1busVerticalCounter or his author
with SPAMMING .Then all modifications will be displayed at N1busVerticalCounter
site at the address: http://nvc.n1bus-exp.com
It then belongs to the subscriber to come on the N1busVerticalCounter'site
for taking note of it, which it accepts expressly.
